How to Access Your VPS via VNC Console

If you are locked out of SSH/RDP, configured a firewall incorrectly, or your server fails to boot, you can use the out-of-band VNC Console to access your server.

Accessing the VNC Console

  1. Log in to your Client Area and navigate to Services > My Services.
  2. Select your active VPS to view the product page.
  3. In the left sidebar menu under Virtualizor, click Enduser Panel.
  4. Once inside the Virtualizor dashboard, locate your server and click the VNC icon (or Launch HTML5 VNC Client).
  5. A new popup window will initialize your secure VNC session.

Troubleshooting VNC Connections

  • Browser Popups: Ensure your browser allows popup windows for our portal domain.
  • Send Ctrl+Alt+Del: If the screen appears stuck on a lock screen, use the Send Ctrl+Alt+Del button at the top of the VNC window.
  • No Java Required: Modern Virtualizor VNC uses HTML5/noVNC and runs directly in any updated web browser without requiring extra plugins.
